What we collect

When you request a free visibility assessment or otherwise contact us, we collect the details you provide — your name, work email, your company or website, and your message. When you engage SIGNALS for work, we also process the pages and URLs we analyze on your behalf.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, run your visibility assessment, carry out any work you engage us for, and communicate with you about it. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data storage

Assessment and analysis data is stored in our database (Supabase, hosted on AWS). Page content fetched for analysis is processed transiently and not permanently stored. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

Third-party services

We rely on a few service providers, each with its own privacy policy: Formspree (contact-form submissions), Resend (email), Supabase (authentication and data storage), and Anthropic's Claude API (to analyze pages and generate recommendations). If you engage us for paid work, payments are processed by Stripe — we never see your full card details.
